DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are downloaded from the internet at 10.00am each week day morning, except for public holidays. We endeavour to pack and post your order within a 24 to 48 hour turn around. Australia Post is the mode of transport for deliveries. In the event of a product being out of stock the order will be posted minus the "out of stock" item/s - there is no back-ordering unless under special circumstances.

POSTAGE RATES FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Australia Post is used for all our deliveries within Australia.

All orders over $80.00 are free of postage unless your parcel is over the recommended weight limit for Australia Post.  

We unfortunately do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Please advise if you wish to choose registered post, this means your order has to be signed for & not left at your front door step. RETURN / REFUND POLICY

• Damaged parcels as a result from the postal service should be reported to Australia Post who will provide a claim form upon request.
• All returned goods must be in their original packaging and may not be returned without prior authorisation.
• To obtain an authorisation number please email info@scrapyouradventurecom.au.
• Once the number has been disclosed, goods can then be returned to 13 Watermass Place, Leschenault, WA 6233

If you do not wish a parcel to be left at your address because you are unlikely to be available at that address to accept the parcel, you can request that we attach a Do Not Safe Drop label to the parcel which will ensure it is transferred to the local Australia Post outlet for collection. This is a Free Service that Australia Post offer.
